The Senior Programme
As one of the top clubs in university rowing with a strong racing squad of around 100 athletes our senior programme allows athletes with previous rowing experience to competitively race at events such as the Heads of the River Races, BUCS Regatta, Henley Women's Regatta and Henley Royal Regatta.
Our tailored programme features around 11 sessions a week including water training on our 4.5km stretch of the Exeter Ship Canal, boating from The Nicholas Bull Boathouse. Ergo sessions in our own erg room, strength & conditioning and cross training. |
