The Nicholas Bull BoathouseSituated on the banks of the Exeter Shipping Canal at Countess Wear on our 4.5km stretch, The Nicholas Bull Boathouse was opened on Saturday 13 October 2012. Named after former University of Exeter Boat Club Captain Nicholas Bull (Chemistry, 1972) who was instrumental in the facility’s inception and construction.
The Boathouse is a wonderful space and it’s great to see it finished. These facilities create a real sense of purpose and will help the Club to build on their British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) successes. |
The FleetWe are lucky enough to own over 30 shells ranging from single sculls up to eights. These include Empacher, Vespoli, Stämpfli, Kanghua and WinTech boats giving us the range to cater for every rower.
Racking space for private singles is also avaliable. We use Concept2 Skinnys and NK CoxBoxes and SpeedCoaches. |
