The Senior programme caters to those with previous rowing and coxing experience.
At Exeter we offer all disciplines including sweeping, sculling, heavyweight and lightweight crews for men and women. As part of your rowing membership, you have access to a 24/7 gym with weights, ergs and spin bikes. Additionally, there are 3 weights sessions a week led by a specialist S & C coach in the Athlete Development Centre. The top end of the senior squad will be selected to train on the High Performance Programme. This gives access to discounted physio sessions, nutrition advice and various workshops. If you are a talented athlete, Exeter University offers rowing scholarships (more information can be found here.)
